2022.9.29(木)、＜仙台AER＞５F多目的ホールにて開催された『Work in MIYAGI 第2回合同企業説明会』に参加させていただきました。

弊社では、現在、多くの外国人の皆さんが活躍しています。

この説明会では、新たに私たちの仲間になっていただく人材を発掘するために、会社概要や事業内容をはじめ、弊社の技術力と人材育成制度について積極的にアピールさせていただきました。

外国人の皆さんが入社した際は、１日でも早く弊社や仕事に慣れていただくために、６ヶ月という期間を設けて、「新入社員研修」を実施させていただいております。

その他、各人のスキルアップを応援するために、仕事に関係のある資格を取得するための試験や講習会へ参加する場合、費用(受験・受講料/会場までの交通費)をバックアップする「資格取得支援制度」を用意しております。

又、私たちは、社員間のコミュニケーションを大事にしているため、社員レクリエーション・社員旅行（国内/海外）などのイベントを行っていましたが、コロナ禍の影響により、ここ数年実施出来ておりませんでした。そろそろ再開を目指し、検討を始めましたので、楽しみにしていてください。

We participated in the 2nd Joint Company Information Session “Work in MIYAGI”  

On September 29(Thursday), 2022 , we participated in the “Work in MIYAGI the 2nd joint Company Information Session”which was held at the multipurpose hall on the 5th floor of Sendai AER.

Currently, many foreigners are active in our company.

At this information session, we actively appealed our company profile and business content, as well as our technical capabilities and human resource development system, in order to discover human resources who would like to join us.

When foreigners join the company, we set a period of 6 months to implement “new employee training” so that they can get used to our company and work as soon as possible.

In addition, in order to support each person’s skill improvement, we have a certification support system,we will back up the expenses (examination and tuition fees / transportation expenses to the venue) when staff participate in examinations and seminars to acquire qualifications related to work. 

Also, since we value communication between employees, we used to hold events such as employee recreation and employee trips (domestic/overseas), but due to the impact of the corona disaster, we have not been able to implement them for the past few years.  We are aiming to reopen soon, and we have started considering it, so please look forward to it.

参加第二届联合企业说明会“工作在宫城县”

　2022年9月29日（周四），我司参加了在仙台AER 5楼多功能厅举办的“第二届联合企业说明会‘工作在宫城县’”。

　目前，我们公司活跃着许多外国籍员工。

　在本次说明会上，我们积极宣传我司的公司概况和业务内容，以及我们的技术能力和人才培养制度，以期发现有志于加入我们的人才。

　以便让大家尽快适应我们公司，尽快投入工作，外籍人员入职后会参加为期6个月的“新员工培训”。

　此外，为了支持每个人提升技能，我司有“资格证书支援制度”，我们将支付大家参加考试和研讨会的费用（考试费、学费、到会场的交通费）以帮助大家获得相关资格证书。

　另外，我们重视员工之间的沟通，过去我们经常举办员工娱乐和员工旅行（国内/海外）等活动，但由于新冠肺炎的影响，过去几年我们未能进行这些活动。我们已经开始考虑尽快重新开启这些活动，敬请期待。

　感谢所有对我司感兴趣并前来聆听我们故事的留学生。

　令人欣慰的是，那些听了我们故事的留学生纷纷申请到我司进行参观游学。
